The President of the French Republic, François Hollande, received this afternoon at the Elysée Presidential Office, Mr Shivshankar Menon, National Security Adviser of India and personal representative of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for the Indo-French strategic dialogue.
The Head of State underscored the utmost importance of the Indo-French strategic partnership and its implementation, particularly in the areas of defence and civil nuclear energy. He recalled France’s readiness to deepen our consultations on global governance challenges, crisis management, combating international terrorism, and our shared determination in facing global challenges.
