CG Séré-Charlet addressed a conference to the students of Ahmedabad University in the presence of VC Prof. Pankaj Chandra and Dr. Philippe Maurin on multilateralism, its history & the attacks against it. UN, despite all the criticism, is a key & irreplaceable actor for peace & global development. France and India are actively partnering in multilateral foras.
