UBIFRANCE mobilizes forces around the V.I.E. Program

A seminar dedicated to presenting and promoting the V.I.E. Program (International Volunteership for Experience) has been organized on Monday the 10th of June, 2013 by The French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE in India.

The V.I.E. Program, managed by UBIFRANCE, aims at allowing French companies to send young European graduates, between the age of 18 and 28 (not over when starting their assignment), on a working assignment abroad for a period varying between 6 up to 24 months, renewable once, to match their specific HR needs and contribute to their international expansion.

This seminar, organized with the support of the French Foreign Trade Advisors and our traditional partners in promoting this particular scheme (IFCCI, ERAI…), aimed at introducing representatives of French companies with the interest of the V.I.E. Program as an innovative and win-win HR solution, as well as providing them with the guidelines for implementing such recruitments.

The target audience comprised of HR Managers, CFOs and CEOs/MDs of the French companies active in India (subsidiaries, branches, liaisons offices, distributors…).

The event in Bangalore brought together 15 French companies, as a sign of interest for this scheme on Monday 10th June. Similar seminars have also been organized in Mumbai, Chennai and New Delhi.
