Scientific seminar on the Indo-French satellite Megha-Tropiques

A scientific seminar on the Indo-French satellite Megha-Tropiques took place at ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) in Bangalore on the 17th, 18th and 19th of December 2012.

Megha-Tropiques was launched from its Sriharikota base in October 2011 and collects informations on water cycle in a tropical environment in the context of Climate Change.

A delegation of 37 French scientists participated in this seminar with the objective to discuss with their Indian colleagues the first results obtained from the satellite and the learnings from the Megha-Tropiques mission as well as to plan out its future experiments.
