Successful campaign for the promotion of Cheese from Europe & France in India organized by Business France India

Business France India & Sopexa has organized three successful events around the promotion of European & French cheese in India. These events, conceived & financed by CNIEL and the European Union, were a real success and brought together 40 importers, restaurateurs, F & B Managers and luxury hotel managers as well as a selection of influential journalists from the food and lifestyle media as well as food bloggers.

The AgroTech and Marketing-Communication teams of Business France worked together to organize the networking evening and two bloggers workshops to improve the knowledge and visibility of cheese products in India in the presence of the best French Cheese Monger, François Robin.

The networking event took place on Monday 27 March 2017 at Indigo Restaurant in the heart of Bombay, where guests were welcomed by the French Consul General in Bombay, Mr. Yves Perrin and Chef François Robin.

After a demonstration by the chef of a pairing of cheese and Indian ingredients, the guests were able to discover the buffet and cheese specialties specially prepared by François Robin for the occasion.
