India - Hyderabad bomb blasts, 21 February 2013, Statement by the spokesperson of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs

France condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist attacks of 21 February 2013 in Hyderabad that struck innocent victims indiscriminately, killing at least fourteen people and leaving over a hundred injured. Our consul general in Bangalore immediately went on site to show our solidarity with India and ensure the safety of the French community.

France would like to express its heartfelt sympathies to the victims of this heinous act. As India and France recently reaffirmed during the State visit of the President of the French Republic to India, no compromise is possible with terrorists. Our two countries are determined to fight this threat together. France is ready to offer all cooperation that India may require.
