Cinema : Shooting in France

Since 2005, more than twenty Indian directors-producers from various regions of India have come to shoot in France. From Bollywood filmmakers such as Vipul Shah "London Dreams", Fahran Akthar "Don", Shaad Ali "Jhoom Barabar Jhoom", Anu Menon "London Paris New York" came to shoot their films in France. Anu Menon’s film "London Paris New York" released in 2012, Preity Zinta’s "Ishkq in Paris" also starring French actress Isabelle Adjani in 2013 and Yash Raj Films’ "Befikre" in 2016.

The latest Telugu-language action drama film to have been shot in France is "Ala Vaikunthapurramloo" starring Allu Arjun, Pooja Hegde, Tabu and others will hit the theatres on 12th January 2020.

The French Consulate in Bangalore provides assistance to the actors, directors and crew members of world of cinema from the Kannada and Telugu film industries for obtaining their visa to shoot in France.
